Our latest OTC Academy Workshop was held in Bangkok on 3 May, with attendees joining together to learn optimum techniques to engage with Pharmacy stakeholders.

Attendees participated in interactive team exercises to use the training tools they are learning and troubleshoot ideas. Delegates described the event in Bangkok this week as:

“Very effective way of compressing the day and putting it altogether. Worth the day out of the office” 

“Provided a great understanding on consumer insights” 

They also appreciated our trainers’ knowledge and approach, and one attendee even said of the whole day “ It was very practical. Can’t wait for another one!”
